4cl Marendry
4cl Fabbri amarena syrup
4cl Sencha tea
3cl Choya yuzu liquer
1cl Mixybar Bergamot
MEANS OF PREPARATION
Stir & Strain
PREPARATION
Heat the water until 60-65 celsius, scalded the tea for 2min. When its ready, cool it and put all of the ingredients to a mixing glass, stir and strain.

DESCRIPTION
Now im working in an asian style bar, thats why intresting to me use tea, because i use it in my everydays and i like it to drink also. Started to play the ingredients and i realize it start to compare my grandmas fruity green tea, whats very special to me. I choose this name of the cocktail because of her. She often wear headkerchief and i realy like to play with this, my favourite is with polka dots, and that one is on the glass. I hope my drink is a good memory for you, like to me my childhood.
