INGREDIENTI
30ml Spinach and Amarena Fabbri Fruit Juice
20ml Fabbri Mixybar Pineapple syrup
50ml Hendricks GIn
5slices Cucumber
15ml Lemon Juice
METODO DI ESECUZIONE
Muddling (crushing), Shake, Mix & Puor, Double strain
DECORAZIONE
1. Put in the cucumber in the shaker and muddle them
2. Pour all of the Ingredients into the Shaker
3. Fill in ice into the shaker and give it a hard shake
4. Double strain it into a chilled coupe glass
5. Garnish with cucumber slice rolled with Amarena Cherry

Giada di Amarena means Jade of Amarena. This cocktail is inspired by Fabbri 1905 itself, in 1905 where all started, from an old grocery store into a Distillery. Mr. Gennaro Fabbri put all of his dedication, love, passion and creativity into it and today it has been passed down from generation to generation.
When I was a kid, my mother always blend a mix of Spinach and Pineapple as a refreshing blend, the recipe was passed down from generation to generation. Now, I am turning this nutritious and the precious idea from my Family into a creativity creation. Which I believe taking tradition to innovate with Modern influence will bring creativity to another level.
Calling this cocktail "Giada di Amarena" because of its beautiful natural green colour which represent the precious Jade Stone. It is also stand for the precious dedication, passion and love from Mr. Gennaro Fabbri, In fact, Jade Stone usually called "Stone of LIfe" which also believe to be passed down from generation to generation, the more it handed down, the more valuable it will be. Same as the Dedication in Fabbri 1905, the more it passed down, the more innovation and precious it will become.
Di Amarena here, which is one of the iconic product invented in 1920 by Mrs. Rachele Buriani, become a beautiful part that grows along with the history, It's just like a lucky stone that passed down from life to life, not only the Family members but we as a consumers and Bartenders until today.
In this cocktail, Amarena Cherry will be the key of Balance in my cocktail, the Amarena Cherry blend is going to give the Life to this cocktail, Like how Di Amarena be part of the journey of Fabbri 1905 Family Legacy to Life, as precious as Jade Stone, the "Stone of Life".
