we most to put the tomato mermelade and 1 leave of basil , 3 dashes of lemon the whisky and amarena sirup into the mixer, shake it all with ice cube, put in amarena pot, with double strain, we should use 2 ice cubes and the rest crushed ice, garnished with a basil leave and a stick with two amarena.

its a kind of old fashioned using anothers element as basil and tomato tipicals from the mediterranean so, i tried to make something diferent unless the flavour is smoked but to me , its my personal style, stronger , hard a little bit softly with the sweetness (amarena), fresh with the basil, was complicated to me do something sweet but im very happy to realice that its possible, i love amarena and it was important to me using a amarena such a garnish as into the the cocktail, thank u for the competition
