DESCRIZIONE
When I tasted Amarena Fabbri's Merendry for the first time, I immediately tought about the aperitif and how much this bitter is a good compromise between bitter notes and sweet notes of Amarena Fabbri for this reason I decided to create a drink that can be excellent as pre dinner enhancing the sweet / bitter notes of Amarena fabbri Marendry, combining a sweet Vermouth like Classic Carpano and giving it a greater accent of black cherry with the Amarena Fabbri syrup and the fresh note of mint brancamenta the result is a sweet and very feminine fresh drink, this is my "Bolo1935" .
