DESCRIZIONE
This drink is inspired by a Classic Brazilian (and around ) drink called Canchara.
Why? Canchanchara is a very simple drink with 3 ingredients, lime,honey and cachaca.
I wan't to improve it with mediterranean and expecially Italian excellence,because I Like to play with the Spice,and difference kind of taste.
This drink is strong, Spice and unusual like my every drink.
There is the joint of chilly pepper marmalade, cachaca with the elegant touch of a cherry and citrus bitter with a lime foam on top.
Over the top is a multy complexity experience. There are a Spice; Just a Little bit smoky, the flower ( I have to reveal a secret: every woman like a flower and colorfull drink) and the most distinctive trait is the Black cherry jelly. Soooo sweet!
