DESCRIZIONE
The amarena fabbri made me pop in my mind the coffee fruit called cherries, so I decided to infuse the vodka with the coffee beans and pink pepper in a cold infuse of dry ice at the temperature of negative 82 degrees and mix it with merendry and the almond granita that reminds me my hometown with all the perfume of Sicily mixed with the amarenas. Working for a coffee company gave me the opportunity to know about this world and what's behind it so I got the hint to mix the cherries fruit cold coffee beans with the cherries that we know since we were babies.
